PACI working hours in Ramadan

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) recently announced the working hours during Ramadan, declaring the authority will not operate on Fridays and Saturdays, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The administrative department will work from 9 am until 1:30 pm, while the registration offices for citizens and foreigners will open from 9 am to 1 pm. The sections where the cards are issued will open from 9am to 4 pm.

The Director of Public Relations at the PACI, Salim Al-Ali noted the SMS system which confirms the readiness of ID cards has been amended, and applicants could make enquiries through SMS or by calling 1889988.

I was applied for photo entry in civil Id (#######02345)on 12/6/17. I get the track Id #######46.but still I could not receive my civil id my mobile no is #######3

Immediately,You will have to contact PACI office south sura with your receipt. Get a token from the machine and to be present at the counter when your token no. appears.

i am applaying of civil id for my new born baby on 08-7-2011.But still i didn't get my civil id.My
receipt number is #######99.please give me a replay?
