The Ministry of Health (MoH) has been relying on private companies to recruit more nurses to fill a dearth in staff members at the Hawally and Ahmadi medical zones, said Assistant under secretary for medical support services, Qais Al-Duwairi. "The ministries need for more nurses continues to increase in light of its plans to expand existing medical facilities", Al-Duwaiti said, adding that seeking private sectors assistance to recruit nurses is a new and efficient method may be subjected to further improvements, reported Al-Rai. div>

Should give them questions in front of each PC and give time schedule like entrance exam. So can avoid to enter/pass the useless candidate and the best in. Therefore the WASTA should not worked out.
