Very good decisions from General Department of Residency Affairs, Thanks for decision maker. The Kuwait government should not take any certificate from the any embassy since they don''t care for their citizens. These embassies makes the life much tougher for its citizen when ever approached. Let the embassies work only for issuing passport.
