Proposal for Kuwaiti doctors to work part time in private sector

Ministry of Health is studying a proposal submitted by a group of private hospitals for allowing its Kuwaiti employees of allied health specializations to work on part-time basis in the private sector.

They affirmed that the ministry is open to any proposal that is in favor of interest of work and welfare of patients.

According to report, a hospital in the private sector has submitted a proposal to Minister of Health Dr Bassel Al-Sabah and State Minister for Economic Affairs Maryam Al-Aqeel to allow Kuwaiti citizens working in jobs of allied health specializations to work in the hospital on part time basis after 3 pm such that it will not contradict with the shift schedules in the public sector.

Dear Kuwait ,

Good decision to take and please take out the egyptian doctors male and female who work in the hospitals private or government because they treat patients very impolitely. they dont even check just have a look and directly give medicines. ones a lady egyptian doctor gave my 28 year old son vaginal medicines for flu. if the Kuwaiti lady at the dispensary had not checked we would have never known. it was no use of complaining because no one listens to expats complains at government hospitals. Please bring in More Kuwaiti doctors because at least they will treat us with humanity.
God bless thanks you

If they also come to private to the private sector following issues...
1. 1st they do have language problem.. need expert transulator. or every body must learn arabic lanuguages...
2. They have to stop giving panadol for all types of sickness...
3. comparing to other nationalities they are not compititive...(indians under stands the dieases easily but kuwaiti doctors need all types of scan,blood,urin,x-ray reports for nothing)

Let them do their job properly in the govt hospital 1st at all level and then think about whatever. Do these ppl have any damn idea of the waiting for months for appointment. It''s Minimum 10days for local clinic expert and months for Sabah Hospital.
