Tamilnadu Engineers Forum Conducted Curtain Raiser Event

Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF) Kuwait, the one & only ISO 9001:2015 certified non-profitable, Voluntary Services Organization in the region conducted the Curtain Raiser on 21st March 2019 @ Al Hashemi Hall, Radisson Blu for its forthcoming flagship programs:

1. Kuwait’s 1st Operational Excellence Award (EEA) scheduled on 7th Nov 2019

2. Kuwait’s 3rd Engineering Excellence Award (EEA) scheduled on 7th Nov 2019

3. 10th Technological Innovations Conference & Exhibition (TICE) scheduled on 7th Nov 2019

Eng. Mohammad Boshehri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity & Water, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the Curtain Raiser event held on a highly grand manner on 21st March 2019 at Al Hashemi Hall, Radisson Blu, Kuwait

Mr. Mansour Alsaed, CEO – Trans W graced the occasion and delivered the special address.

TEF-2109 General Secretary AKumar delivered the welcome address and welcomed the dignitaries. Also, he explained the importance of TICE, OEA and EEA, which is going to be conducted on 7th Nov 2019 at Radisson Blu.

TEF organized & hosted TICE in the year 2010, has now become a globally renowned Conference and currently the only Conference in Kuwait, branded in addressing innovative technologies and solutions. For the first time in Kuwait, Operational Excellence Award is initiated by TEF, which will recognize the World Class Excellence in Operations among the Industries contributing to the growth of Kuwait. Engineering Excellence Awards recognizes achievements from the all the Engineering Communities in Kuwait including young Kuwaiti Engineers. EEA is expected to encourage engineering innovations from almost all the sectors in Kuwait with an aim & concept of bringing all the Engineering Community together sharing ideas and knowledge and showcasing the Engineering Innovations in Kuwait to global audience.

Eng. Mohammad Boshehri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity & Water, formally inaugurated the Curtain Raiser event and delivered the keynote address. During his address, he stressed the importance of Managing Energy & Technology, which is very important for the growth of industries in Kuwait. He appreciated TEF’s Voluntary initiatives and for introducing Kuwait’s 1st Operational Excellence Awards and 3rd Engineering Excellence Awards and its efforts in conducting annual Conference to bring innovative technologies to Kuwait.

The theme of the Conference “Towards Tomorrow: Energy & Technology Management” was formally announced to the audience with its importance to the present scenario in the market.

To inaugurate the curtain raiser & activities of the conference, ceremonial ribbon cutting & cake cutting was carried out in the auspicious presence of Eng. Mohammad Boshehri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity & Water.

Eng. Mohammad Boshehri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity & Water, released the brochures for 10th TICE and Kuwait’s 1st OEA & 3rd EEA in along with the dignitaries and Ex-Presidents & Ex-Secs of TEF on the dais. All dignitaries, Patrons & Sponsors shared their wishes for the grand success of 1st OEA, 3rd EEA & 10th TICE in Nov 2019.

M/s KMMC along with their principal M/s BARTEC sponsored the event & participated with Technical Sessions on Specialized Analyzers for Moisture measurement & innovative technologies for measuring salt in crude. Mr. Satish Vadlamani, Director Sales, BARTEC ME conducted the technical sessions, which was a revelation on analyzer technologies.

Program came to end with Quiz on the technical presentations and the winners were recognized with prizes.
