ICSK – Amman observed Healthy Food Day by organizing a special assembly for the Pre Primary students on January 3rd, 2019.

The assembly was organised to make the children aware that junk food is not healthy and that homemade food items are not only tasty but also healthy. Children were asked to eat healthy food items like fruits and vegetables as they contain a lot of essential nutrients. Only when we have healthy foods we can live a healthy mind and life. Children were dressed up as different food items and they were asked to choose the healthy food items. They evidently chose fruits and vegetables making it clear that for a healthy living we have to avoid junk food.

Principal Mr. Rajesh Nair encouraged the students to have homemade food items rather than artificially processed food.
