Residency fines waived for 4 days as government declare public holiday

Residency fines will not be collected from those people, whose residencies are expired yesterday or will expire today, because these days were declared holidays due to weather conditions.

According to local report, fines will not be collected for the four days from Wednesday through Saturday, and renewals will be made on Sunday.

Kuwait is still facing volatile weather conditions, and scattered rains are expected during day and night of Thursday.

If its true, then why Today they fined for two days? My spouse visa expired on 15.11.2018 and today morning (18.11.2018) ministry fined for two days late renewal and took 4KD fine.
