Kuwaiti authorities smash plot to smuggle quarter-ton of drugs by sea

Kuwait's coast guard has thwarted an attempt to smuggle up to a quarter of a ton of cannabis across the sea, the Interior Ministry said on Monday.

Upon getting word of a major maritime drug trafficking operation, security forces acted immediately and arrested five suspects onboard a vessel who are believed to have had copious amounts of cannabis in their possession, read a statement by the ministry..

The statement emphasized that the coast guard stand ready to fend off any attempt to undermine Kuwait's security.

Well done job Kuwait authorities. But please disclose the names of he culprits. Otherwise we know who are they ofcourse asians.
