Move to introduce electric cars to Kuwait market

Saturday, July 21, 2018

Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has requested all concerned authorities to provide necessary requirements for the entry of electric cars to Kuwait’s market, reports Al-Rai daily.

Report added KCCI received a letter from Yousef Ahmad Al-Ghanim and Sons Company indicating the intention to start importing electric cars soon, and the step will help Kuwait adopt a major aspect of global technologies while consolidating the concept of green transportation, and environment conservation.

The procedure has become necessary for the reason that taking delivery of such cars entails dealing with certain basic requirements extensively, and the concerned authorities are expected to peruse the letter and direct concerned officials to do the needful and provide all necessary requirements within their respective sectors.

RAILWAYS should be introduced to Kuwait, even Kuwait should know about RAILWAY System which they are completely unaware of, It will reduce NOISE and ENVIRONMENTAL Pollution, Will reduce Road Accident''s by 95%, Traffic Congestion will be reduced to Extreme. Much more cheaper than Taxi and buses, Less Maintenance and more Jobs, no more traffic jams. Less pressure on Traffic Policemen, No worries when Raining, People will love to travel in Train, be it METRO, mono rail, Electric or Diesel.

HI IIK VIEWERS AND CITIZENS
I THINK SOLAR CARS ARE THE BETTER SOLUTION FOR GULF COUNTRIES ELECTRICITY ALSO COMING IN KUWAIT BY BURNING OIL SO NO POINT OR IF WE CAN INNOVATE SOLAR + ELECTRIC VARIANTS SO NIGHT YOU CAN RUN ON BATTREIS
WE HAVE THE SET EXAMPLE OF NORWAY TODAY EVERY THIRD CAR IS EITHER SOLAR OR ELECTRIC CARS IN KUWAIT ALSO WE HAVE LOT OF OPPORTUNISTS TO GENERATE SOLAR AS WELL AS WIND POWER IF WE START NOW WE CAN ACHIEVE 35% ENERGY OF KUWAIT FROM SOLAR AND WIND TILL 2021
GOOD LUCK
