Tie garbage bags before dumping or else pay 300 KD fine

Those who dump garbage in open garbage bags will have to pay KD 300 fine, local daily reported quoting Director of Public Hygiene and Road Works at the Hawalli Branch of Kuwait Municipality Dr Saad Al-Jalawi. He said all garbage bags must be tied before they are dumped in the garbage bin.

He added people caught throwing cigarette butts and paper tissues will have to pay KD 5 fine.

Garbage properly closing also .After one hour scrap people will open the cartoon throw all the waste out side. They will take the cartoon... This is happening in mangaf block 4 Street 20 all are welcome to see this. So this has to stop first any time viral disease will happen. Same thing happening all over Kuwait.
