Farwaniya criminal investigators recently foiled an attempt to smuggle in a liquor shipment that arrived at Shuwaikh Port.

Case papers indicate that detectives were first tipped off concerning the shipment, and they closely watched it after allowing it out of the port and followed it all the way to the recipients; two citizens who were arrested red-handed on delivery. The shipment was then returned to Shuwaikh Port where custom inspectors examined and confiscated 1,053 cardboard boxes containing 4,500 liquor bottles.

So many times they confiscated but who were responsible were never came out and nobody arrested. So one can think who are the real smugglers. The customs who passed them should also be enquired how they release the truck carrying such huge prohibited consignment..However after sometime news will be capped and this old story will go on and on , but we will just keeping get this news of huge catchment since last decades.Hurrah to Kuwait police who followed them and brought the truck back for rechecking.Long live Kuwait police.
