IndiansinKuwait.com presents a free Seminar on Health and Wellness for Adults on Saturday, 21st April 2018 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Gurukul, Saba street, Salmiya Block 10, Near Food Inn Restaurant. It is exclusively for adults above 18 years.

Through this seminar one could learn to Control and manage the threats of lifestyle diseases, make yoga a way of life and benefit from yogic lifestyle and diet.

The seminar will be conducted by Mr Crawford Wilson D'Souza, who is a Motivational Speaker, Certiifed Mind Trainer, Life Coach & Corporate Coach. He was trained under Dr Jithendra Adhia ( who is an internationally renowned Mind Trainer, Motivational Speaker). Mr Crawford is also a Certified Yoga Trainer from QCI (Govt.of India) & a Certified NLP Practioner from NLP Center, New York, USA
