Dear Office Bearers,
You may be aware of the recent NOC issues implemented by PAM. The root cause of this is the increase of fake engineers working in Kuwait (obtaining fake certificates by paying money). I request you to start an initiative to find these engineers among your association. Most numbers of fake engineers are working as "safety engineers" as they are not challenged by technical knowledge on executing their duties. I am requesting all engineering associations in Kuwait to initiate this task to protect the dignity and professionalism of genuine engineers.
