Evangelical Church Youth Union Conducted Anniverssary

St. Thomas Evangelical Church of India, Kuwait Parish Youths Union organized a melodious musical evening at NECK as a part of its anniversary. The program began with an opening prayer by the Vice President of the Parish, Mr. M.Thomas John while the parish Vicar Rev. Saji Abraham led the service. Mr. Bobbish Mathew guided the congregation in the praise and worship session providing a truly blessed beginning to the function. The vice president of the Youths union Mr. Sijumon Abraham delivered the welcome address and Ms.Tania Thomas compared the program with panache. While the youth choir delighted the audience with their mellifluous songs, Mrs. Sindhu Saji , Mr. Jomy.P.Joseph and Mr. Linu. P Manikunju gave a glimpse of their talents and enthralled everyone with their solos. The secretary of the Youths union Mr. Abey Eapen presented the annual report while Mr Babukutty Varghese of Campus Crusade shared a powerful message on the power of youth in moulding the society.









Mr. Jacob P Varghese led the intercessory prayer and the scripture reading was carried out by Mr. Shinu Philip. This was followed by the felicitation speech by the parish secretary Mr. Boney K Abraham. There was also a prize distribution on this occasion for the winners of the Bible quiz 2017 conducted by the Youths union; Mr. A.G Cherian secured the first place with the 2nd and 3rd places going to Mr. George Varughese and Mrs. Mini Daniel. The function concluded by Mr. Ranil T Mathew delivering the vote of thanks followed by the closing prayer by Mr. Jose K John and the benediction by Rev. Saji Abraham.
