An Attempt by a group of Keralites living in Kuwait to salute their second home Kuwait on the occasion of Kuwait National and Liberation day through a video album 'Mabrook Yaa Kuwait' received much appreciation from both the expatriates and local residents in Kuwait.

The four minute video album including lines in Malayalam, English and Arabic languages was written by O M Karuvarakundu and sung by Habibulla Muttichur. The album was directed by Shajahan Koyilandi.

The Album pays its tribute to Kuwait on its 57th National Day and congratulates His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabir for his leadership.

The main attraction of the album is its single shot. More than hundred people acted in the album on various scenes in a single shoot inside the Grand Hypermarket Al Rai showroom. The team put great effort in successfully preparing more than 100 actors and actress on various scenes without any time delay and completed the video album in a single shot. Everyone played their role perfectly in the album.

The Director Shajahan Koyilandi himself handled the camera while Anwar Sadath Thalasserry coordinated the entire production efforts. Rajesh Cochin of DK Dance world choreographed the entire dance sequences. Ajisha Jahan handled the editing and Riyas Moodadi was the still photographer. Sunir Koyilandi handled the Promo. The song written by O MKaruvarakundu was translated to Arabic by Hussain and Reshmi Krishnakumar controlled the English sub titles.

The thought of making this video was good. Kuwait has been a second home to us all expats here. But adding 2 minutes of Sponsor advertisements to this was unnecessary.
