Expatriates selling foam during the National Days festivities will be deported

Wednesday, February 14, 2018

Kuwait Municipality has warned Kuwaiti and expatriate shop owners and hawkers who make brisk business by selling or advertising foam during the National Days festivities to abandon the idea.

According to Al-Rai dail, the Municipality will enforce the stiffests penalty against perpetrators of the act. Expatriates found culpable will be deported, noting files could be referred to the Public Authority for Manpower to close down concerned shops in case the expatriates aren’t deported.

The report said that the Municipality has categorized those who are involved in the sale of foam into three. The first category is a worker who sells the contraband at investment or commercial complexes. The seller in this case will be held responsible for the violation rather than owner of the property.

Hawkers fall into the second category, and if caught in the act, their sponsors will be invited to arrange for their deportation.

“The last entails children who are still regarded as minor; therefore, their sponsors will be invited for investigation”.

Dear Kuwait Municipality ,
Firstly This rule should be abide to all people ----- Please investigate all shipment arriving from today onwards to check how this spray items coming into kuwait.
Secondly Please the use of this Toy gun menace commotion on the road created by these arabs young boys spraying water ,colour soapy water etc etc on car passing by should be stopped and strict action should be taken on them ... This is not entertaintment or showing off a sport ..
Thirdly unnecessary traffic jam , blocking the by lanes roads , loud arabic music in cars , dancing ,eating and unnecessary ,screaming when cars stopped a very strict action to be taken ..
This has to be stopped and carefully to monitor first in Salmiya , Farwaniya ,& abbasiya .
People can show off and do their acts and stunts on Sea side or outside area but not inside bylanes and residentail areas.... Please Please stop this menace .......but enjoy the best the happy National day and liberation day peacefully .
