It is our responsibility to inculcate the right values in our children at home and at school, Indian Ambassador to Kuwait K Jeeva Sagar said. He was speaking at the 11th Annual celebration of Bharatheeya Vidhya Bhavan Kuwait. "Educational institutions are not a factory to churn out the graduates. In a factory we can replace a defective product but once we infuse a wrong step in a child’s development, it is very difficult to revert back," he said. Schools have a responsibility toward the parents also. The parents think that their wards are in safe hands when they sending their kids to school. You are dealing with precious human beings he said. School create a responsible citizen with a vision for the future.

No educational institution will be successful without a bright vision of the top leaders, Ambassador said while congratulating the Bhavans Middle East Chairman Sri Ramachandra Menon for the 11th annual celebration of Bhavans Kuwait.

"If we failed to inculcate the fundamentals of value education, we lost them," Ambassador said siting several examples from his personal life. Parents need to be careful while putting their vision on their children. Let us not commercialize the life of our children, Ambassador said. Never encourage him to be someone for a wrong reason. If you wish your child to be a doctor, lawyer or any other professional, don’t wish that only because they are heavily paid, rather teach him how a these profession can change our society so that your child will understand its importance, he said.

Indians are very much family oriented. We love our family and that is why we don’t go on the wrong side in our life. We need to remember always that my freedom stops at the door of the other person where his freedom starts, he concluded.

Earlier Ambassador Jeeva Sagar inaugurated the 11th annual celebration of Bhavans Kuwait by lighting the lamp in presence of Guest of Honor Ambassador of Guayana, Bhavans Middle East Chairman Sri Ramachandra Menon, Director Sooraj Ramachandran, Principal Sri T Prem Kumar, SIS Principal Sri Mahesh Iyer and other dignitaries.

A very inspiring message from His Excellency. I would truly appreciate if you could conduct a session for the children alone which could transform their lives and touch the hearts of some of the children if not many. Truly blessed are those who work under you Sir, to gain guidance each day. Please write a few messages on this page when time permits, for us parents, since many Indians in the morning open this site to read the news. God bless!

One of the best messages heard from a country diplomat in Kuwait while speaking at the annual day function of any school here. The speech of H.E Jeeva Sagar clearly revealed the upbringing of the ambassador by his parents inculcating right values in their son. Parents have to take a leaf out of this as this is what most of the parents are not concentrating on today. For the teachers too he had excellent messages but by God's grace Bhavans is infusing right values to their children right from the topmost leadership of the school our principal and his team though a few can still improve. It was a annual day to remember for the sheer entertainment and the great lessons from H.E. Jeeva Sagar. Salute you SIR!

H.E. Jeeva Sagar we are proud of you sir for your simplicity and your humble nature and you truly deserve to represent mother India. Your speech at the annual of my child's school touched the hearts of hundreds of parents, teachers and children alike. You spoke from your own experience and we could feel the love and respect you have for your parents that is seldom found in the youth of this 21st century. Sir, your word of appreciation for our principal Premkumar was the first time we heard from an Indian ambassador which reflects on the value system that you embrace. Every word of your speech was a gospel truth and we SAUTE you H.E. Jeeva Sagar. Parents are thankful to Bhavans for having you as our chief guest and we look forward to meeting you again at the same venue another day
