Good Things Will Come Only to Those Who Sweat

All of us are aware that we only live once, so we need to make the best of it and live a happy, healthy and fruitful life. Obesity has become a major problem nowadays and because of it people are not able to perform to the best of their abilities. It also shortens the live span of people and makes them very unhealthy and unfit. The percentage of people having obesity in this world is substantially increasing over the past few years.

This is because of the increase in the amount of sweet, crunchy and calorie full foods. Since these types of food are very tempting to us, we are not able to resist it. But nothing is impossible to us human beings. We need to try our best not to fall into this trap. We should strive on following a diet plan, having a balanced diet and most importantly, doing physical exercise.

When I was small the same thing happened to me. I used to love to eat chips, burgers and all types of junk food. I was fairly plump too. But after some time, I realized that I was getting fatter and lazy. I started getting hives and rashes and started falling sick frequently. This is when I decided to stop eating chips and start exercising more. My parents enrolled me for swimming and now I am part of my school’s swimming team and regularly get exercise and I also started maintaining a balanced diet. Due to this lifestyle change I now feel energetic and full of life and I am so happy with the change.

Physical exercise is not a small thing. It very important to us. But how?

Physical exercise is a major part of our life. This type of exercise helps to reduce the fat in our body as it burns down calories. Lack of physical exercise can lead to the risk of a heart attack. This is because, the excess cholesterol in our blood clogs the veins and arteries of our body. This can further reduce the flow of blood to the heart. Physical exercise can reduce and prevent the risk of diabetes.

Physical exercise also helps us to increase our concentration. It helps us to be more active and to feel less sleepy and fatigued. Exercise also helps us to have a good mood and it is scientifically proven that it helps us to perceive things on a more optimistic way. It also reduces depression, anxiety and stress which has also become a major problem.

Thirdly physical exercise increases the rate of bone formation in aging adults. This is good as when people grow the amount of bone loss in their body gradually increases thus leading to various other difficulties. Exercise is also proven to be an anti-aging medium for adults and it makes adults look more younger and healthier.

Lastly, exercise helps in proper digestion. It also improves our quality of sleep and your quality of life. What I have listed above are just a few of the advantages of physical exercise but in fact there are many more advantages to add on. Of course, sometimes we must not overdo the amount of physical exercise as too much of anything is not good for you.

I conclude by saying that we need to exercise properly everyday if we want to live a healthy way. But we need to balance the amount of exercise we do, the food we eat, our rest as well as the work we do. If we do all of this then I can guarantee you that you would have a very bright, long and good future ahead of you. ‘Exercise is so difficult when you have to and so easy when you want to.’
