Janatha Cultural Centre (JCC) - Kuwait, celebrated their ‘7th Vaikkam Mohammad Basheer Award Ceremony and Anniversary together on Friday, 17th November 2017, at Indian Central Exemplary School (ICES), Mangaf. The program was inaugurated by Yashwant Chatpalliwar (Hon'ble Second Secretary, Indian Embassy) in the presence of award winner Dr. D. Babu Paul and other distinguished guests.
Hon'ble Sri. Yashwant presented the 7th Vaikkam Mohammad Basheer Award to Dr. D. Babu Paul IAS. The Blood Donors Kerala-Kuwait Chapter, Dr. Philipose George and Muhammad Abdusathar are facilitated in the program. Dr. D. Babu Paul IAS presented prizes to the winners of 2nd Vaikkam Muhammad Basheer Short Story writing competition. The most attractive Souvenir of the event was released by Ajithkumar (Member, Pravasi Welfare Board) to souvenir convener Shajudheen Mala for the audience.
Association central committee president Safeer P. Harriz presided over the inaugural function, general secretary Abdul Vahab welcomed the audience and program convener Madhu Edamuttam extended vote of thanks. Prominent personalities from Kuwait, Ajithkumar, Varghese Puthukkulangara, B.S Pillai and Basheer Batha were felicitated the program. Executives Khaleel Kayamkulam, Shajudheen Mala, Prasanth, Pradeep Pattampi, Shine, Ramachandran, Vishnu, Mrudul, Shyamlal, Rasheed Kannavam, Abdul shukkoor, shyju, Abdul Rasheed, Faisal and Domnic are coordinated the program.
