Appointment of 1,000 Indian nurses without CSC permission referred to the public prosecutor

Health Minister Dr Jamal Al-Harbi announced referring the appointment of 1,000 Indian nurses without permission from the Civil Service Commission to the public prosecutor.

According to local media Kuwait Times, the health ministry had conducted an immediate investigation before referring the case to the public prosecutor, adding those proven guilty will be held legally accountable.

Harbi pointed out that the hiring took place before he took office.
