The four day long volleyball fiesta. A jam-packed volleyball tourney ended off fantabulously in the presence of a zealous crowd cheering and applauding the winners who could make it to the finals. The tournament organised by Indian Volleyball Association and Jimmy George foundation Kuwait of four days witnessed some mind blowing matches down the court and to the hoop. The tournament was officially inaugurated by Mr. James Mathews, Managing Director SEFEENA the driving source and inspiration of this volleyball extravaganza, preceded by the official team introduction of all national and international volleyball players who showcased some extraordinary Serves, Settings, spikes, blocks and outstanding volleyball all through the tournament. Mind-blowing matches, righteous referees, extraordinary games were the major highlight of the tournament. In the school division matches we had many Indian schools in Kuwait participated to prove their sporty zeal. The IVAK family bows in respect to all the authorities of schools who waved their participation for the same. The second category that is the A division and B division categories exhibited some heart rendering matches which served as a visual treat to the spectators. All the professional teams in Kuwait donned by national and international players stealed the attention of the crowd like BOUBYAN Strikers, KSAC, ANDRA Spikers, RAVTK, United Eagles & ALMAS manned with powerful strikers and blockers. The final match was played between the Boubyan Strikers and United egled which was played for a five set encounter and at the end the Boubyan Strikers who clinched the most prestigious K.N. Divakaran Nair Ever Rolling Trophy and Cash Prize KD. 350/- Sponsored by SEFEENA. The closing ceremony was solemnised with the presence of an array of dignitaries, Mr. James Mathews, Managing Director as the chief guest, Mr. Mohan George General Manager Sefeena, Mr.Kurian Mathew CFO Sefeena, Mr.Sebastian George, Chief Coach, Jimmy George Academy, Peravoor, Dr. Santha Maria James Principal ICS, Mr. Joseph Thomas, MD Fortune Pro International, Dr. Manimaran Chairman IBAK, Mr.B.S Pillai HR manager Behbahani,The free lucky draw coupons sponsored by SEFEENA really appetized the tournament's ongoing fervour. The winners were acknowledged and commended with a haul of prizes and gifts. The blessed court of Indian Central School reverberated with the cheering squads and applauds of sportslovers. and well wishers.

B - Division

Winner - Boubyan strikers

Runner up - KSAC

A - Division

Winner- Boubyan strikers 3-2

Runner up- United Eagles

Third - ALMAS

Best setter- Mubashir (United Eagles)

Best Alrounder- Ashif (United Eagles)

Udayakumar memorial Best player of the tournament- Ashwal Rai (Boubyan Strikers)
