Dear Ministry of Interior ,
Please let us know why are the innocent on the road are harrassed by the police. The traffic is in full sale jam on 5th ring road especially near the Rumaithia roundabout. There are 2 cops one in Tahoe police van and another on police bike .. Both of them are talking and laughing and then another cop on phone talking
what is this .. Are they kept for us to see their personal conversation action OR should they Handle and clear the Traffic as their duty .. Please which one ???
Secondly are there is sales promotion for all these cops if they just catch any driver vehicle and bring in maximum daily sales issuing ticket to innocent drivers... Becoz these cops catch unnecessary the expat drivers. take their licence and follow them not to the police station but to another little by area unknown place and then issue ticket as no parking , driving full speed OR breaking signals -- This is Unfair and cheating extract money ..Is this Sales Promotion money making for the MOI Treasury ''-- Let us know

@SR: Let us keep more simple & practical solution. 1. LED Digital Second counter installation at each signal 2. Usage of smart phones to be restricted & can be done by installation of cameras 3. Increase the timing of yellow signal

The police is running a scam here in Kuwait. They randomly tell the cars to stop.
After that they take all the cars to an undisclosed location and hand them fines as well as impound the cars.
They write the fine as breaking the red signal.
This mostly happens at the Jaleeb Al-shouwaikh Bridge @ the 6th Ring road.

Traffic police should be strict not only with foreigners staying there. Even locals dont follow the law. So same punishment should be given by suspending their licences for first offence and for second strict warning and third license consification. . But this should be all residents of foreign countries and locals Kuwaities also, other wise you will find more dangerous accidents. First of all Kuwait has good roads than why accidents are happening they should know this is because of high speeds people dont realize after all this is machine can get punctured at any time so pls follow traffice rules and speeds provided by traffic dept.

Couple of weeks ago, to make an urgent call, I parked my car beside the road and then behind me a police car came and without asking anything, just took papers and told me to follow him and then near Farwaniya driving test center, hand over the yellow paper and told me to park my car there and go. I spend days to pay fine and get my car back.

Very Important rule to make

Dear Ministry of Interior,
Sir, Please also stop the usage of mobile especially to the driver when driving the vehicle irrespective of any nationality -- young /old or house driver any gender MALE & specially to the FEMALE ..
You cannot serve 2 Masters at one time -- either drive your vehicle well OR stop your car at the side and proceeds your long conversationon on Whatsup or any ups..
Sir , they care a damm about the world and their life , when they talk , laugh or sending messages when using the phone and driving .. In this scenario the vehicle in front of them and behind them are the innocent victim ...who do not want to go to HEAVEN so fast becoz they have yet to support their family and they are waiting for HE/SHE to arrive home safely.
So i beg to you PLEASE STOP the usage of mobile to the driver when driving --- For sure there will be less of accidents ..
if this Law implemented it should be all nationalities including the Locals citizens.... Thankyou for your co-operation and understanding ''''

Kuwait needed digital LED counters at each signal without further delay. Accordingly users can control speed at signals.
