It was a waste of time for many Indians who waited to listen to the Minister and get some solace to their problems. He arrived, late by almost an hour. His speech had nothing new to offer. The most disappointment was, he not taking at least few questions from the community members, who were anxiously waiting. This visit is just one more wastage of Indian Tax payers money for the delegation of 10 people, without any positive outcome. God Save the distressed in Kuwait..
