This is not good. Here all the telecom services dictate to the public. Nobody has the right to complain against wrong policies and moves of telecom companies in Kuwait. Public do not know where to go against their joint attack.

Foe example:
1. I had subscribed for 3-KD international plan with viva. I was getting 1500 viva to viva calls, 3 GB mobile data etc for KD 3/month. This month they forced me to pay 5 KD/ month and they are offering 10 GB mobile data instead of 10GB. I do not need 10GB/month. They are forcing me to take the services that I do not need.
2. I had also taken Wi-Fi services for 3KD/ month. This also they changed to 5KD/ month without my permission. It indirectly hints that if I want to continue pay what they say, or undergo the disconnection.
3. Now all the service providers ( Viva, Zain, Ooredoo) joined together and came out with a new policy of compulsory minimum 5 KD / month for new mobile services. Also the line validity will not incrementally add up when we re charge the line in advance. All these are one way of trapping the public. The poor people who get 60KD / month as salary cannot afford to pay 5KD/month for mobile services. They mainly use mobile to receive calls rather than making calls. This is really in human. We cannot fight legally these sort of things in Kuwait. We have to accept just what they say. Please note that communication is the basic needs in todays life.
