Celebrate the Spirit of Ramadan at Zafran Indian Bistro

Priced at a reasonable 8KD per person (4.75KD for children under the age of 12), the Ramadan Iftar buffet at Zafran Indian Bistro is a not-to-be-missed experience this Holy Month. Wholesome but well-balanced, the buffet leaves guests, satisfied and nourished but not uncomfortable, according to Chef Gaurav Singh, Zafran’s Head of Culinary, who carefully put together the Ramadan offering to exemplify the spirit of the Holy Month.

Guests can break their fast with fruits and dates available on each table followed by a light lentil soup. The ample buffet, which changes on a daily basis throughout the month, also includes a variety of kebabs and popular Zafran starters as well as some of the Indian Bistro's signature curries including Butter Chicken, Dal Tadka and Chicken Biryani. The meal ends on a sweet note with a dessert display that includes everything from Gulab Jamun and Umm Ali to a healthy fresh fruit salad.

“Ramadan is a time of reflection and family and there’s no better place to enjoy this time with your loved ones than at Zafran, where the cosy and inviting ambiance combines with exemplary service and a tastefully-crafted Iftar buffet that satisfies but doesn’t overwhelm,” added Chef Gaurav.

The Ramadan menu/iftar buffet is available throughout the Holy Month at Zafran Indian Bistro. Located in the Lights complex, the restaurant has fantastic external seating with ample parking and easy access. To make a reservation please call: 00965 97281007
