Great...!!!

Penalty only "if caught" crossing the red signal, its wrong...!

There are many people who deliberately crosses the red signal, also by mistake due to their carelessness or different Traffic signal timings of Green light to Yellow and Yellow to Red.

Why Kuwait is such a cash rich country cannot bring Digital traffic signals on major Traffic signals.

Only innocent people are being caught, not the real violators ....! because..... You know it better than me....!

Sir, This has to done to be done much years before .. Anyway never too late """""
First of all I beg to you Please stop the of use of Mobile phone whether handset or ear phone , to all citizens first and also the expats when driving ...
Also stop that ear phone wire use completly .. becoz the use of ear phone wire is same using the actual phone instrument in their hands --No difference
You cannot serve TWO masters at one time ..
If anything URGENT of use of phone please allow the driver HE/SHE to stop the vehicle at one side and complete your full conversation in full swing
Practically most of the accidents are taken place like this and the poor innocent lives are gone..
I am sure the Parliament would agree to BAN this MOBILE use when driving ....
Please I beg to you action this first .... and fast...
Sir, if possible Heavy fine atleast above 1000 kd if anyone caught using phone while driving should be implemented ....
