Online registration of students for the participation KALA-BEC Balakalamela-2017 (Inter school cultural competitions for indian students) continues and will be open till 28 April 2017. As published earlier, the competitions will be held at United Indian School, Abbassiya on Friday, 5 May 2017.
Competitions will be held for Bharthanatyam, Mohiniyattam, Group & Folk Dances, Music - both Classical & Light, Recitation, Elocution, Mono Act etc., along with other literary items. The competitions are open to Indian Student of Kuwait.
Events will start at 7.30 am on 5th May 2017 and the results of stage items will be announced on the same day. The school with highest aggregate point will be awarded with the “Ever Rolling Trophy”. Gold medals will be presented to the winners who are selected as 'Kalathilakam' and Kala prathiba'. The prize distribution will be held on 19 May 2017 , at the grand annual function of KALA 'Mayaookham-2017”.
