Cancer is a disease that could be completely cured if detected early enough. Painless cysts, red patches in the skin, holes in the breast etc are dangerous signs that necessitate an immediate visit to the doctor to confirm it isn’t cancer. In the early stages, it is possible to remove the affected part alone by surgery. Smoking, drinking, and changes in diets of the present-day society are the leading causes of cancer. Vegetables including green leaves and peas, soya and fruits are some foods that help reduce the risk of cancer, Dr.V.P.Gangadharan opined.
