Kuwait KMCC Abbasiya Area Committee conducted by second edition of biyearly “CH Memorial KMCC Arts Fest” 2017, an historic event in memory of C.H. Mohammed Koya Sahib Former Chief Minister of Kerala State, India for its members and students from madrassas running by various religious organization in the same area. The competitions between the students of various madrassas on Tajweed, Hifz, Adhan etc which makes new experience to the children as well as parents.
Competitions on various items such as Tajweed, Hifz, Adhan, Drawing & Colouring, Mappilappattu, Story Telling, Malayalam Speech, Malayalam Essay writing, General & Islamic Quiz in three different groups as part of Arts Fest 2017. Abbasiya Area Committee of KMCC made this Arts Fest as history in the number of participants. Arts Fest 2017 conducted in three venues based in Kuwait KMCC office and in the other two hall of Rhythm Auditorium. Winners have been awarded with trophies, certificates and mementos. Area President Mr. Siddiq Kuzhippuram, Chief Patron of Arts Fest 2017 Mr. Sharafudheen Kanneth, Kuwait KMCC Former President ( NORKA Welfare Board Director), Patrons M.K.Abdul Razak, National Committee Treasurer, Salam Chettipadi, National Committee Secretary, Program Committee Chairman & General Secretary of Area Committee Eng. Mushthak, General Convener Mr. Anas Eranakulam, Area Committee members Mr. Hamza Ballakadappuram, Mr. Abdul Razack Koottilangadi, Mr. Haris Veluthedath, Mr.Musthafa other members of programme committee Eng.Yasar Arafath (President Unit 7), Mr. Fiyas (President Unit 3), Mr. Muhammed Manoli (President Unit 10), Mr.Salam Pattambi, Mr. Abdu Rahiman Naduvannoor, Mr. Siddiq Kattippara, Mr.Gafoor Koyilandi, Eng. Ashiq Parappur were lead this mega event. Other national committee office bearers and office bearers of various areas/ unit committee were also attended. Mr. Sharafudheen Kanneth inaugurated the closing ceremony presided by Area President Mr. Siddiq Kuzhippuram, Mr. Gafoor Wayanadu, Mr.M.K.Abdul Razak, Grand Hyper Regional Manager Mr. Ayoob Kecheri delivered felicitation speeches.

Competitions in Group C, Unit 5 won overall champion and Unit 3 & 4 became first and second runner-ups.
Kuwait KMCC National Committee President Mr. K.T.P. Abdurahiman announced Abbasiya Area Committee’s latest relief program “KARUNYAM 2017” for member’s welfare by providing Housing& Health Care help. Mr. Hawas Q7 inaugurated the fund collection for the relief.
As part of closing ceremony of the Arts Fest 2017 “Kolkkali” & “Daff” were held lead by “Gang of Kuwait” contributed to make this programme unforgettable.
Area General Secretary and Arts Fest programme committee Chairman Eng.Mushthak welcomed the participants and congratulate all the winners and Area Secretary Mr. Anas Eranakulam delivered vote of thanks.
