Good double decker now double rudeness of drivers. Please inform drivers that they are not the owners of the buses. Please train them how to talk with passengers.

please provide extensive training to your drivers how to treat passengers before giving them steering wheel. Some drivers are so arrogant that due to patience of the passenger a could be fight been not taking place several occasions. Charge increase is not a necessity as other companies still charging the old rate.

Double Decker Bus for what, first cut down the ticket rates, when the petrol is cheap u should not increase the Busticket price, who r the people travelling by bus only the expatriates, your driver r not good in their spoken language u should tell them to speak properly to the passangers,

KPTC & KGL have not increased the ticket fare price, then how did you think of increasing the ticket fare, many people from my area have stopped going by city bus b,coz of the high ticket price,we r travelling by KPTC or KGL, and we are saving our money,u should understand there r so many people who r not getting their salary on time they r also not getting their salary / less salary,we r come to earn money,

so i request the Management of City bus to be Kind to the people and Decrease the ticket/Monthly Pass price so that many people will chose city bus for travelling to different cities of kuwait,be kind to people and Serve people In a respected Manner,

but now i am happy Travelling By KPTC/KGL

best regards

How i wish Kuwait had and end to end coastal road and this bus plied on this road.
Further these buses can help in rush hours if permitted to run within the city.
these buses were there earlier but were pulled out due to security reasons as a lot of local kids were terrorizing the passengers. Whats going to be done about that.
