Most of the family viza rules only apply to Asian expats. Arabs have no problem getting family vizas.
If girls get a job they will be a lesser burden to their parents.

Excellent step by the government of Kuwait. Those who have complains can exit Kuwait. The kuwait authorities are not forcing you'll to stay.

Expatriates are here to work for Kuwait, then why do they ill-treat us? There are plenty of people working for years, providing best services and earning income. This law has imbalanced our career life in Kuwait. Did the government really implement this law in real sense? oh god...I wish they understand our terrible situation..

Very Good News for Educational Institutions in Kuwait. All the so called House wife's who does not have any experience of teaching and most of them obtained their B ED Degree in Kuwait through distance education have joined the School and ruined the education standards in Kuwait. The schools are very happy to take them as they pay them almost the same salary they pay to House Keepers. It is a very good move by the Government Authorities.

This is a good and fair decision as parents face a hard time keeping the residence of their sons and eventually had to get their residence cancelled whereas daughters had the privelage of keeping dependant status on their father even after getting married and also getting jobs on dependant visas.

This is not fair. If some one spent the life here they should be given certain privileges. Especially ladies should be treated kindly.

This is definitely a bad news. There are many trying to find a job and to transfer their visa from 22 to 18 within the probation period. Many expatriate women on 22 visa will have a hard time. This is really disturbing...

That's ridiculous! If someone gets married abroad, they won't be able to get their spouse on a family visa first and then search for a proper job. Their spouse will have to be hired directly, that too by very incompetent and sleazy agencies that charge huge sums for a mediocre job. This is absolutely absurd!

its really very good decision, coz most of the company recruited these people and not given real market salary. if they need resource then should bring legal as Art # 18.
