30,177 traffic tickets issued

Traffic police launched several inspection campaigns around Kuwait in the period of January 15-21, 2017.

During the campaigns, police filed a total of 30,177 traffic tickets, impounded 46 vehicles and 29 motorbikes, arrested 51 traffic law violators, referred two expatriates to deportation for driving without a driver's license and locating 18 vehicles that were reported stolen.

70% of them are by force. Police stop without any reason and just write whatever he want at gun point. Most of the expats(Asians) don't know Arabic, they don't know what the police wrote on the ticket.

Two Indians died and many injured due to an accident at Road# 40 yesterday. I did not see any news in your portal. Awaiting for Arab times to copy paste ??
