Student arrested for setting school on fire

KUNA Saturday, January 14, 2017

A Kuwaiti young adult who had committed arson in a high school for boys has been arrested, Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced Friday. The accused arsonist, born in 2001, was apprehended with equipment used in the crime, Ministry of Interior security media department said in a statement.

Personnel from the Ministry of Interior, Hawally security directorate and the public authority of criminal investigation worked together to arrest the accused. The fire, which was set in the administration offices of Farhan Al-Khaled High School for boys in Bayan, did not result in any casualties; nonetheless, it inflicted material damage. An arson case no. 2/2017 was recorded; the accused and crime equipment were referred to a specialized unit.

Yesterday, Minister of Education and Minister of High Education Dr. Mohammad Al-Faris had announced the fire and reassured that the accident did not affect examination process.

Very nice UPBRINGING.... blaming expats wont solve problems. If throwing away expats than dubai would not be a most successful model city of the world in less than 20 years competing better than new York paris London Rome n other capitals of the world. Hope they wake up in time n realise the cancer is not from outside but within.... N expats are for progress of economy like example of DUBAI.
