Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) has put out a fire that broke out at an electric equipment warehouse in Amghara area on Thursday.
The firemen were able to prevent the blaze from spreading to nearby buildings, head of KFSD's Public Relations Department Khalil Al-Amir told KUNA. He added that two firemen were injured at the site.
Al-Amir noted that a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the fire was underway, adding that the affected warehouse stretches over 5,000 square kilometers.
