Around 119,000 individuals are expected to travel out of Kuwait during the period between Dec 28 and Jan 1 to spend the New Year holiday outside Kuwait.
According to Deputy Director for Aviation Safety and Air Transportation at the Directorate General for Civil Aviation Imad Al-Jalawi, there will be ten additional flights during this period to transport about 2,066 passengers.
As per reports, the preferred destinations for new year travellers are Dubai, Cairo, Turkey, Beirut, Mashhad and London.
