Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), Kuwait, the leading Non Profitable Engineers Association in Kuwait and also the only ISO Certified Non Profitable association in the Middle East conducted “Ecstatic and Mystic Evening” as part of its 16th Year Valedictory Event in a grandeur manner at American International School Auditorium on 23rd December 2016.
