Average of 17,365 traffic violations recorded per day

As per an official statistics issued until end of 2015, the average daily rate of traffic violations is 17,365 and average daily rate of traffic accidents is 221, reports Ah-Shahed daily. The total number of traffic citations issued in this period was 6,338,066.

The total number of recorded traffic incidents at the police stations was 80,827 and the number of death cases due to traffic accidents was 429, daily added quoting statistics.

As per the statistics, a total of 1,444,357 valid driving licenses have been issued to Kuwaitis and non-Kuwaitis until end of 2015. According to this statistics until

2015, the total number of vehicles on the roads is 1,926,168.

It can be reduced if digital seconds counter LED be arranged at all signals. Drivers can accordingly set their speed to avoid violation.
