Palpak Bala Samithi Celebrated Children

Balasamithi of Palakkad Pravasi Association of Kuwait (PALPAK) celebrated Children’s Day on Friday, 25th November, 2016 at Kala Auditorium, Mangaf.

Large number of children participated in the event, which consist of fancy dress on Indian national leaders, recitation, elocution, baby show, patriotic songs and skits, storytelling and dance. There were two interactive sessions conducted for children by Mrs. Moli Divakaran and Dr. Rumia Justine on “Making Right Choices” and “Healthy Childhood – Healthy Future” respectively.

Inaugural session began with prayer and national anthem of Kuwait and India followed by welcome speech of Malavika Mavath. PALPAK President Mr. Aravindakshan inaugurated the Event. Vice President and Convener Mr. Suresh Madhavan delivered an introduction speech on the event. Children’s’ day message was delivered by Swati Nandakumar, then Nikita Aravindakshan, Supreme Council members Mr. PN Kumar, Mr. Dili delivered felicitation speech. Deepika Dili cast the vote of thanks. General Secretary Mr. Sivadas Vazhayil and Ladies Wing Convener Mrs. Sreelekha Sasidharan controlled the event overall.

The association felicitated its children for scoring full A+ marks in all the subjects in the last academic year exam from 8th to 12th standards.
