Unless an Indian citizen has done very very very serious crime it will not go unpunished
if a parent is too strict with their sibling when they are small surely that child will hold grudge and go haywire later when he stands on his feet. but if at a certain extent if he has the freedom before yes but controlled to some extent that child grows up brillant .
Similarly if the country citizen has it freedom everything is open definetely atleast 95% country people is stable ...
even if that person has done a crime there is lot of councilling is given as to what made him to do this crime ... Note : Everyone has their journey in life but unless we ourselves lie low with our nose downwards you will never understand what that other dude person is going on his journey in life

i dont understand why we always say bad things about our country.....this attitude i saw very common among indians.......even we indians keep on telling bad things about indian infront of other nationalities......if our family environment not good would we keep on criticizing our family infront of others...same goes with country....

Why everything and anything written in IIK is compared with India?. We Indians are very good at belittling our own country. If we ourselves cannot respect our own country, who will respect us.

The culprits will be arrested if it happens in India as well, but many will go unpunished in India - that is right.

If this happened in India Culprits will be never arrested and in case if arrested they will go unpunished.
