Filipina caught for wearing military cap

Following up the image of a Filipina lady circulating on social media wearing a military cap, MoI’s relations and security media explained that the Filipina was identified and arrested along with her Kuwaiti boyfriend in Hawally.

The local daily reported that the boyfriend was a policeman who has been suspended since March 2015 over criminal charges.

Dear Dr fathema & yasser.. i believe its one of the basic instincts being a human to try out anything fancy wen its a possibility.. me and most humans would have done the same if we get a chance.. I believe its the policemans fault to give the cap to her as he shud be knowing the rules of the country more than her..
