Looking forward to meet Dhoni: Disha Patani

Actress Disha Patani, who is making her Bollywood debut with "MS Dhoni: An Untold Story", says she is looking forward to meeting the star cricketer whose life'e story the movie tells.

"I don't know when I am going to meet Dhoni, but I am looking forward to meet him. I will ask him about the film and my role -- whether he liked it," Disha, who plays the love interest of the film's title character, said here.

Earlier, Disha has featured in a Telegu film titled "Loafer" and in a music video along with Tiger Shroff.

In "MS Dhoni: An Untold Story", actor Sushant Singh Rajput plays Dhoni. Kiara Advani plays his wife Sakshi, and Disha essays Dhoni's first love, Priyanka Jha.

"The casting of the film is inspired by the real-life characters. So, you will see Sakshi in Kiara or Dhoni in Sushant. I hope Dhoni sees Priyanka in me. I have added my pinch to the character also. I feel you cannot go technical every time and should add a little bit of your own," she said.

Disha will also be seen in the Jackie Chan starrer "Kung Fu Yoga".

"I can't talk about my role right now. The film shows the relationship between India and China. I feel very proud of the film because most of the time in (foreign) films, poverty and slums are shown. This film shows the culture and the history of our country. I am very happy for the fact that I am representing India in the film," said the actress.
