New petrol price from Thursday; Gas station to close tomorrow night

Gas stations around Kuwait will stop operations for half an hour tomorrow (Wednesday) night from 11:30 pm to set the new prices in the system.

All Gas station across Kuwait will resume work on the early hours of Thursday using the new tariffs for gasoline announced last month.

The new prices, which officially become effective on September 1, are as follows: 85 fils for premium gasoline (42 percent increase), 105 for super gasoline (62 percent increase) and 165 fils for ultra-gasoline (83 percent).

Kuwait does not having nay idea if they increase petrol price what is disaster they can face.

free ka khane ki aadat ho gai hai sub ko....nothing is going to change accept taxi fare, good price will go up...people will use car the same way as they use now...

People will use their car in urgency only, this might ease the traffic problem. But Bus fare will increase, taxi fare will increase and expats again will become a "scapegoat"
