To promote a healthy living among the Indian ladies and kids, Kalari Fitness Institute Health Company opened their Kalari fitness centre at Mangaf. The centre was inaugurated by Indian Embassy Second Secretary Sri A K Srivastava in presence of Mr Jamal A A Aldoub.
With the tag line of 'Stay Fit, Healthy and in Shape', Kalari Fitness centre conducts yoga and aerobics exclusively for ladies and kids including various cardiovascular activities and workouts with various equipment. The centre follows traditional yoga exercises including various meditations.
During event Kalari Director Mrs. Radhika Jayakumar expressed importance of exercises or workouts in today's mechanical life especially for physical and mental health of ladies and kids.
