The Knowledge Club™ 2nd Season Launches with The Leadership Challenge.

Globally recognized as one of the most effective leadership development programs worldwide

After concluding the 1st season of the Knowledge Club™ 2016 which focused mainly on the most required competency of “Leadership”, Vigor Events announced that the 2nd season will launch with the highly demanded seminar by award winning author - Jim Kouzes - followed by an enriching workshop by the Certified Master Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® - Graham Moore.

The Leadership Challenge® is an intensive program based on the award-winning book – The Leadership Challenge®- by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. A seminar held by author Jim Kouzes under the same title will be brought to Kuwait as the opener of the second season of Knowledge Club 2016 on September 25th.

In this one-day seminar, Jim Kouzes will present his evidence-based research on leadership practices. Attendees will be able to explore these findings from over 30 years of research which proves leadership makes a signi?cant and meaningful difference in people’s engagement at work and in the performance of their organizations. The seminar is a unique opportunity to work on one’s own leadership practices and behaviors with one of the world’s most prominent thought leaders on the topic.

In addition, the seminar will provide attendees with the enrichment of being able to assess the extent to which they currently demonstrate in leadership practices, to identify the factor that rules innovation, brand image, acceptance of leaders’ influence, commitment and also to create a context that supports the long-term development of the attendees’ leadership competencies.

It is also worth noting that Jim Kouzes is a bestselling author, an award-winning speaker, and one of the twelve best executive educators in the United States according to the Wall Street Journal. In 2010, Jim received the Thought Leadership Award from the Instructional Systems Association, the most prestigious award given by the trade association of training and development industry providers. He was listed as one of HR Magazine’s Most Influential International Thinkers for 2010 and 2011, named one of the 2010 and 2011 Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior by Trust Across America, and ranked by Leadership Excellence magazine as number sixteen on its list of the Top 100 Thought Leaders. In 2006, Jim was presented with the Golden Gavel, the highest honor awarded by Toastmasters International.

Following the seminar, a highly interactive and stimulating two-day workshop by the only Certified Master Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® in the Middle East - Graham Moore - will be held on the 26th and 27th of September 2016 during which participants will experience and apply The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® through video case studies, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, facilitated sessions and experiential learning.

Both events are part of the Knowledge Club™ 2016 series which is organized by Vigor Events and Co-Organized by ALGAS Events Company.
