Saradhi Kuwait celebrated International Yoga day on 24th June 2016.

In connection with the Celebrations, Saradhi Kuwait conducted training sessions on Yoga for the members and their children within the group of Gurukulam. Training sessions were held at three regional locations in Kuwait, Saradhi Indraprastha Auditorium Mangaf, Saradhi Auditorium Abbassiya and Kalari Nadanam Hall Salmiya, under the leadership of Sri. Sree Rajesh (AOL) Sri. Vinod Kumar, and Sri. Anup Anandan. Around 150 children of various age groups have participated in the celebrations and the event turned out to be a rare opportunity for them to closely understand the scientific basis and benefits of Yoga, the ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India and is now practiced in various forms around the world.

Experienced Instructors, Coordinators, Unit Office Bearers and Vanitha Vedi Office Bearers made all necessary arrangements and provided all essential facilities to conduct the celebrations in a grand way.

International Yoga Day Celebrations and training sessions were also held at Mina-Abdullah labour camp. The training session was led by Sri. Vinod Kumar and was participated by more than one hundred participants.
