The Ministry of Industry and Commerce on Monday urged citizens and residents to report about any irregular hike of commodities' prices and expiry of goods, particularly during the fasting month of Ramadan that began today. The ministry said Eid Al-Rashidi, the assistant undersecretary for supervision and customer protection, toured a number of cooperative stores to check prices of products and necessities. He has also headed a special team to monitor any manipulation with prices and urged customers to report about such cases on the hotline, 135.
