Palakkad District Football team represented by Palakkad Pravasi Association of Kuwait (PALPAK) wins the trophy for 2nd runners-up in the inter-district football tournament conducted by KEFAK on 13th May, 2016. In a very thrilling match, team PALPAK defeated team Ernakulam with a margin of one goal in the penalty shoot-out, the match was witnessed by large crowd and passionate supporters.
In the conclusion and prize giving ceremony held by KEFAK, Palpak President Mr. Aravindakshan congratulated the team and all those who worked and supported for success of the team managed by PALKPAK Sports Secretary Mr. Sudheer Nair.
