Daily Food problem faced by Moms

Hello my dear readers! You all might already know about what I’m going to tell you all today,Isn’t it? (Do you all really know?) As a student myself, every morning I see my mother thinking and thinking on what to give as tiffin to us (me and my brother),which is nutritious, healthy, delicious and which can give us energy for surviving the next 6 hours of school.

Every mom has the same problem every morning.

Every child demands his/her mother to what he/ she wants in the tiffin box the next day.

The other morning she has to cook food in a jiffy.

How can making a time table help in sorting out these problems? Time table can be a great help to make tiffin ahead of time or make tiffins in the morning without falling into a dilemma of what to cook.

Mothers or even the whole family can sit and pre-plan the time table for the whole week like, chappatis and sabji on Sundays, omelet’s on Mondays, pastas on Tuesdays etc.

I guarantee that this method can save a lot of time because I follow this rule in my home and my mom saves a lot of her precious time.

Another problem arises, what if the children dislike the food which is packed for their breakfast and is very nutritious for them?

The only answer is that you need to make your child’s food look more attractive by adding extras such as some bright berries which make the food look more special and tempting or you can a nice dressing to a salad.

Try these things and you will find the difference in your child.

So, I need to end my article here.

Hope this helps.
