TEF-2016 Conducted Curtain Raiser Event on 10th March 2016 @ Radisson Blu, Kuwait
Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF) Kuwait, the one & only ISO 9001:2008 certified non-profitable, Voluntary Services Organization in the region conducted the Curtain Raiser for its forthcoming flagship programs:
1.Kuwait’s 1st Engineering Excellence Award (EEA) on 2nd Nov 2016
2.7th Technological Innovations Conference & Exhibition (TICE) on 3rd Nov 2016
Mr. Nizar M. Al-Adsani, Deputy Chairman & CEO- Kuwait Petroleum Corporation graced the program as the Chief Guest of the Curtain Raiser event held on a highly grand manner on 10th March 2016 at Radisson Blu, Kuwait
Mr. Adnan Al Aradi, Former DCEO - KOC, Mr. Khalid Hamdan Al Saif, Deputy Chairman & CEO - NAPESCO and Mr. Ali Al Aradi, Chairman - Golden Palm graced the occasion.
TEF-2106 General Secretary Dr. Shan Senthil delivered the welcome address and welcomed the dignitaries.
TEF-2016 President Mr. Jeyakumar delivered the special address and explained the importance of TICE and EEA which is going to be conducted in Nov 2016. TICE organized & incepted in year 2010, has now become a globally renowned Conference and currently the only Conference in Kuwait branded in addressing innovative technologies and solutions . For the first time in Kuwait, Engineering Excellence Award in Kuwait is initiated by TEF which will recognize the World Class achievements in Engineering among the Industries contributing to the growth of Kuwait and recognizing achievements from the all the Engineering Communities in Kuwait including young Kuwaiti Engineers. EEA is expected to encourage Engineering innovations from almost all the sectors in Kuwait with an aim & concept of bringing all the Engineering Community together sharing ideas and knowledge and showcasing the Engineering Innovations in Kuwait to global audience .
Mr. Nizar M. Al-Adsani, Deputy Chairman & CEO, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, formally inaugurated the Curtain Raiser event and delivered the key note address. During his address, he stressed the importance of innovative technologies in the growth of industries in Kuwait. Also, outlined vision and mission of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation in the growth of Kuwait. He appreciated TEF’s Voluntary initiatives and for introducing Kuwait’s 1st Engineering Excellence Award and its efforts in conducting annual Conference to bring innovative technologies to Kuwait.
The theme of the Conference “Challenges: Challenge with Innovations” was formally announced to the audience with its importance to the present scenario in the market.
Mr. Nizar M. Al-Adsani, Deputy Chairman & CEO, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation released the brochure for 7th TICE and Kuwait’s 1st EEA in along with the dignitaries and Ex-Presidents & Ex-Secs of TEF on the dais. All dignitaries, Patrons & Sponsors shared their wishes for the grand success of 1st EEA & 7th TICE in Nov 2016.
