Overseas Indian Cultural Congress (OICC-Kuwait) observed the 146th Birth Anniversary of Gandhiji at its office in Abbassiya by conduction a Seminar.

Varghese Puthukulangara, President OICC, inaugurated the Seminar, while Samuel Chacko, Vice President chaired the meeting. Praveen Attukal presented the subject “Importance of Gandhian Philosophy among World Countries”.

OICC Officials Chacko George Kutty, Hameed Keloth, B.S. Pillai, Varghese Joseph Maramon, Premson Kayamkulam, Nizam M.A., Anuroop Kannoor, Jobin Jose, Kochappalli Vijayabhanu, Adv. Biiju Chacko, Binoy Chandran, Ramakrishnan Kallar spoke on the subject. Later, all presented were paid floral tributes to Gandhiji on his picture.
